Description
Dietary supplement based on soy isoflavones, griffonia, melatonin, magnolia, substances that have a beneficial effect on menopausal symptoms and sleep.
All plant-based substances are extracted from non-genetically modified plants.
Contains no added sugars or GMOs.

Ingredients
Soy (Glycine max L., semen) dry extract titrated to 60% in isoflavones and 18.34% in saponins, Magnesium oxide, Magnolia (Magnolia officinalis R. cortex) dry extract titrated to 50% in Onochiol and Magnolol, Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia D.C. semen) dry extract titrated to 95% in 5-Hydroxytryptophan, Melatonin, Thickeners (microcrystalline cellulose), lubricant (magnesium stearate).

Directions for use
One tablet daily to be swallowed with a sip of water in the evening, shortly before bedtime. Tablets can be swallowed whole or dissolved in the mouth or in 1/2 glass of water.

Warnings
Do not take before or while driving. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

Storage
Store in a cool (< 25° C) and dry place.
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. The expiration date refers to the product in an unopened and properly stored package; do not consume after the expiration date.
