Description
Food supplement based on monacolin K from red fermented rice from Monascus purpureus, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and plant extracts.
It is indicated in cases of low dietary intake or increased need for these nutrients.
Vitamin D3 contributes to normal blood calcium levels and the maintenance of normal bones.
Black cohosh is useful for counteracting menopausal discomfort.
Griffonia supports normal mood, mental well-being and, with valerian, relaxation.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; black cohosh [Cimicifuga racemosa (L.) Nutt., rhizome] dry extract tit. 2.5% triterpene glycosides, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) dry extract tit. 0.42% valerenic acids, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seed] dry extract tit. 20% 5-hydroxytryptophan, red rice (Oryza sativa L.) fermented by Monascus purpureus tit. in monacolin K; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc; L-theanine 99% from green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze, folium] dry extract, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), gastro-resistant coating (coating agents: shellac, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol; colours: calcium carbonate, azorubine*, iron oxides and hydroxides).

Directions for use
We recommend taking 1 tablet a day in the evening before going to bed, away from meals.

Warnings
Supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age to avoid accidental ingestion of the product.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (1 tablet).
For use and duration of intake, it is advisable to consult your doctor.
Do not use in case of liver dysfunction or disease.
Given the natural origin of its components, the product may show slight speckling and/or a different appearance from batch to batch: this does not affect its quality.
Do not consume 3 mg or more of monacolins from fermented red rice daily.
The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and adolescents under 18 years of age, and adults over 70 years of age.
Consult a doctor about the consumption of this product if you experience health problems.
The product should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medicines and if you are already consuming other products containing fermented red rice.
Its use is contraindicated in subjects with suspected or confirmed hypersensitivity to one or more of the listed ingredients.
Avoid exposure to heat sources and sunlight.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in its unopened package.
Store the product in its original packaging.

Storage
Store at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C in a dry place.
Validity with unopened packaging: 36 months.
