Vitamins B2, B6, B12, pantothenic acid, folic acid, nicotinamide, vitamin C, and magnesium contribute to reducing feelings of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Each Berocca tablet contains the same amount of vitamin C found in approximately 2 oranges.

Directions for use
One effervescent tablet daily dissolved in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml).

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. The product contains a source of phenylalanine. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C in a dry place. Close the container after use.
