Description
Supradyn is a dietary supplement of 13 vitamins and 9 minerals with coenzyme Q10 specifically formulated to ensure an adequate daily intake of micronutrients in cases of increased physiological need or reduced intake with a normal diet.
It contains high doses of vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B5, and niacin, amounting to 300% of the nutrient reference value.
Supradyn Recharge coated tablets have a low sugar and salt content.
Properties of the components:
- B vitamins, copper, iron, iodine, which contribute to normal energy metabolism by promoting the transformation of food into energy.
- vitamin A, vitamin D, and vitamin C, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
- vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium, and zinc, which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for use
It is recommended for adults to take 1 tablet daily, to be swallowed with a sip of water.
