Each vitamin performs a specific function and, in particular, contributes to: protecting cells from oxidative stress (B2, C, E); maintaining the normal function of the immune system (A, B6, B12, C, D and folic acid), the nervous system (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C and biotin), bones (C, D, K) and vision (B2, A); counteracting physical tiredness and fatigue (B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C and folic acid).
