ZINCOMETIL 0.02% + 0.01% Eye drops, solution
Zinc sulfate + Benzalkonium chloride

What it is and what it is used for
ZINCOMETIL eye drops, solution contains two active ingredients called zinc sulfate and benzalkonium chloride, which belong to the category of ophthalmic disinfectants.

ZINCOMETIL is indicated for adults as an eye disinfectant solution.

Consult your doctor if you do not feel better or if you feel worse after a short period of treatment.

What you need to know before taking the medicine
Do not use Zincometil
- if you are allergic to zinc sulfate or benzalkonium chloride or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6).

Warnings and precautions
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Zincometil.

Children and adolescents
In children, it should only be administered under the direct supervision of a doctor.

Possible side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

The side effects that may occur with Zincometil are the following:

Frequency not known (frequency cannot be estimated from the available data)
- burning
- irritation

These side effects are generally temporary. If these side effects occur, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
