Description
Medical device consisting of a water-free liquid eye drop, without antimicrobial preservatives and phosphates.
Contains perfluorohexyloctane (EyeSol) with 0.2% omega-3 fatty acids.
Stabilises the lipid layer of the tear film and reduces the evaporation of the underlying aqueous phase of the tear film. Lubricates and protects the ocular surface, thereby alleviating symptoms associated with dry eye such as burning sensation, itching, pain, and foreign body sensation.

Directions for use
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor or pharmacist, apply 1 drop to the lower eyelid 4 times a day. It can be used daily as it is free of antimicrobial preservatives.
Due to its specific properties, EvoTears omega acts differently from traditional eye drops. Therefore, it is recommended to carefully read these instructions before use.
1. Unscrew the cap of the eye drops.
2. Remove the tamper-evident ring of the cap before the first application of EvoTears omega.
3. Avoid touching the dropper tip with skin, eyes, and eyelashes after removing the cap.
4. Before applying the eye drops, to avoid loss of solution, carefully read and follow points 5 and 6.
5. Hold the open bottle with the dropper tip facing upwards and gently squeeze the bottle with your thumb and forefinger.
6. Before bringing the bottle to your eye, turn it upside down with the dropper tip facing downwards, keeping it pressed. Then release immediately to relieve pressure. In this way, a little air passes through the liquid and enters the bottle. Leave the bottle with the dropper tip facing downwards.
7. Tilt your head slightly backward and gently pull down your lower eyelid.
8. Hold the open bottle vertically upside down above your eye. Gently squeeze the bottle and apply one drop to each eye.
9. After application, close your eyes to evenly distribute EvoTears omega.
10. After use, close the bottle with the cap.

Warnings
It should not be used in case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to the components perfluorohexyloctane and omega-3 fatty acids.
The use of the product requires particular caution if used simultaneously with other eye medications. If any other treatment is used, it is advisable to wait at least 15 minutes between applications.
If you wear contact lenses, do not use EvoTears omega, as there is insufficient data on the compatibility of the product with the materials that make up contact lenses.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Storage
Do not store above 25°C.
Shelf life of intact packaging: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening: 2 months.
