Description
Sterile, isotonic, and pH-buffered ophthalmic lubricating solution based on Poloxamer 407, Polyquaternium 133, and disodium EDTA.
Thanks to the presence of poloxamer 407, it creates a protective mechanical-physical barrier that lubricates and stabilizes the tear film, reducing tear evaporation and the risk of microbial contamination.
It is useful in counteracting the symptoms of ocular discomfort associated with inflammatory phenomena, including those of infectious origin, and in the pre- and post-surgical period.
Finally, the presence of a saline buffer system helps maintain the pH at physiological values, regulating tear osmolarity.

Instructions for use
Instill 1 or 2 drops twice a day into the conjunctival sac of each eye or as directed by a doctor.
- Remove the protective cap;
- Instill 1 or 2 drops into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye by gently pulling the lower eyelid down and looking up.
- After use, close the bottle immediately: the solution can be reused within 28 days after the first opening.

Components
100 ml of VISUPRIME contain: PQ133 100 mg, poloxamer 407 4,500 mg, disodium EDTA 100 mg, isotonic buffered solution q.s. to 100 ml.

Warnings
- Do not use the product if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the components.
- Do not use the bottle if it is damaged or not perfectly sealed when first opened.
- Not intended for use with contact lenses worn.
- Instill the product at least 10 minutes after using other ophthalmic medications.
- Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
- The expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging and stored correctly.
- The product maintains its sterility for up to 28 days from the first opening of the bottle.
- Use the product within 28 days of the first opening of the bottle.
- Wash hands before applying the product.
- Do not touch the eyes or any other surface with the tip of the bottle.
- Close the bottle tightly after use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Ophthalmic use, do not ingest.
- The product is intended for use by a single patient.
- Do not dispose of the bottle in the environment after use.
- Any excess unused product must be disposed of according to local regulations.
- Use is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and individuals under 18 years of age.
- In case of undesirable effects, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor.

Storage
Store at a temperature from 2°C to 8°C.
Shelf life unopened: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening: 28 days.
