MOTHER TINCTURE

Type: Phytotherapeutic

Indications:
- Lactation (difficulties).
- Mastopathy.
- Climacteric (disorders).
- Depression.
- Premenstrual depression.
- Luteal (insufficiency).
- Breastfeeding.

Content/active ingredient:
- Fruits.
- M.T. Agnus castus.
- Chaste tree.

Directions for use:
15-20 drops, 2-3 times a day.

Notes:
Mother tinctures are generally diluted in a small amount of still water and the liquid should be held under the tongue for about 1 minute to promote absorption.
The water can also be warmed; this will better activate the preparation, which will be absorbed more easily.
