Description
Food supplement containing the amino acid taurine in free form. Taurine is the most abundant amino acid in the retina and is involved in numerous physiological metabolic processes. Taurine is involved in the synthesis of bile acids, compounds produced in the liver and essential for fat digestion as they allow the emulsification and elimination of lipids. Bile acids are also involved in the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins.

Taurine (free form); coating agent: hydroxy-propyl methylcellulose; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable stearic acid.
