Description
A protective, hydrating, and lubricating ophthalmic solution based on cross-linked sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, stearylamine, and liposomes, formulated to restore the physiological properties of the ocular surface.
The combination of cross-linked hyaluronic acid and trehalose gives the product high viscoelasticity, ensuring a high degree of hydration and persistence on the ocular surface, thereby alleviating symptoms associated with dry eyes and the resulting ocular irritation.
Trehalose has stabilizing and protective properties for cell membranes, preventing protein denaturation and lipid degradation, contributing to the reduction of inflammatory phenomena.
Liposomes are known for their soothing and emollient properties, as well as their ability to act as a carrier, increasing the bioavailability of the substances they transport and stabilizing the lipid component of the tear film.
Stearylamine, carried by liposomes due to its positive charge, allows for better adhesion to the epithelial surface and helps inhibit microbial growth.
The combination of the properties listed above makes TriMIX an effective protector of the ocular surface with antioxidant effects that can also promote the repair of ocular tissues damaged surgically, or due to mechanical or chemical trauma, or environmental insults.
Indications for use
Treatment of tear film and ocular surface alterations typical of dry eyes, caused by environmental or iatrogenic factors:
- ocular surgical procedures;
- prolonged use of digital screens;
- presence in air-conditioned or dry environments;
- prolonged exposure to sunlight.
The product can also be administered during the use of contact lenses.

Directions for use
Instill 1-2 drops into each eye 2-3 times a day or as directed by a doctor.

Ingredients
Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate, trehalose, stearylamine, liposomes (S80 phospholipids) in an aqueous solution buffered to physiological pH.

Warnings
- Do not use the product if you are allergic or have known hypersensitivity to any of its components.
- In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use of the product and consult a doctor.
- The product is sterile until the bottle is opened.
- Use the product within 60 days of opening.
- Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package.
- Do not use the product if the bottle is damaged.
- For external ophthalmic use only.
- Do not touch the eyes, surrounding areas, or other surfaces with the tip of the bottle.
- Close the bottle tightly after use.
- If more than one product is instilled, leave an interval of at least 10 minutes between applications.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Storage
Store the product at a temperature below 25 °C and above 2 °C.
Shelf life of unopened package: 36 months.
Shelf life after opening: 60 days.
