High elasticity, very well tolerated by the skin, soft and gentle.
Latex microparticles on the surface of the bandage ensure that each turn adheres stably to the one below and above. The pleated structure of the bandage additionally supports the self-adherent effect. It does not, however, adhere to hair, skin, or clothing. The high extensibility ensures easy fixation: it eliminates the risk of congestion or constriction when applied correctly. The special pleating technique and the use of highly elastic and pleated polyamide fibers result in excellent elasticity, which is maintained even after prolonged use; freedom of movement is largely preserved. Excellent fit, wrinkle-free, light and breathable weave; a few turns of the bandage are sufficient to create a secure dressing; each turn of the bandage requires an overlap of about 30% on the underlying turn.
