Instructions for use
Essential oils can be used as natural food flavourings (one drop to flavour 100g/100ml of food/drink). It is recommended not to use essential oils neat, but to always dilute them appropriately. For internal use, they can be diluted in a sugar cube, a teaspoon of honey, or a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake the bottle before drinking to uniformly disperse the essential oil in the water). For external use, they can be diluted in an emollient oil (e.g., almond oil, extra virgin olive oil, or other oils) and used for hair masks or skin massage. A few drops can be added to bathwater, a sauna, or a pot of boiling water for inhalations. Furthermore, essential oils can be used in diffusers or aroma lamps to purify and scent rooms.

Warnings
In case of inappropriate ingestion, consult a doctor immediately. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Handle with care; the product is purely toxic if inhaled, ingested, or in contact with skin. Use only when correctly diluted.

Keep away from heat sources and store in a cool place.
