Description
Food supplement based on psyllium, inulin and probiotics. Probiotics promote the balance of intestinal flora. Psyllium has a prebiotic effect; it also has an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system, contributes to the regularity of intestinal transit and to the normal volume and consistency of stools.

Ingredients
Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forsk, seeds with husk) powder, inulin from chicory, maltodextrins; acidity regulator: calcium carbonate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Saccharomyces boulardii SGSB01, Lactobacillus acidophilus SGL11, Lactobacillus plantarum SGL07, Bifidobacterium breve SGB01, Lactobacillus rhamnosus SGL06.

Gluten-free, lactose-free and sweetener-free.

Directions for use
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 or 2 sachets per day to be dissolved in a glass of still water (200 ml).
1. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass and fill with approximately 200 ml of still water.
2. Stir well for a few seconds and consume the solution immediately.
3. It is recommended to immediately follow with another glass of water and to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Any gel formation, which occurs if the product is not consumed immediately after preparing the solution, is characteristic of ABURIL. The consistency of the preparation can eventually be adjusted by increasing the amount of water.

Warnings
The presence of fibers could delay the intestinal absorption of medications; therefore, allow a period of at least 2 hours between taking ABURIL and taking medications. Do not take ABURIL together with antidiarrheal drugs. If ABURIL is taken to control diarrhea, and it persists for more than 2-3 days, a doctor should be consulted. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. The expiration date refers to the product in intact packaging, properly stored.
Any variations in color and taste are due to the naturalness of the ingredients contained.
