Psyllium (Plantago psyllium L., seed husk), oat fiber, inulin; acidifier: citric acid; natural flavors, maltodextrin; emulsifier: soy lecithin; calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate; sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: magnesium oxide.

Directions for use
From 1 to 3 sachets per day at any time of day, always one hour before or two hours after taking any medication. Disperse one sachet in at least 200 ml of still water. To promote a feeling of satiety, it is useful to take it before main meals. Avoid taking Colonfit in the evening, just before going to bed.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The minimum storage period refers to the product correctly stored, in an unopened package.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water.
