Useful for protecting the mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract.

Ingredients
Psyllium (plantago psyllium) seed powder; flax (linum usitatissimum) seed powder; agar-agar (gelidium armansii) algae powder; green anise (pimpinella anisum) fruit powder; fennel (foeniculum vulgare) seed powder; ginger (zingiber officinalis) rhizome powder; liquorice (glycyrrhiza glabra) root powder.

Directions for use
The recommended dosage is 1 teaspoon (about 2.5 g) twice a day, preferably after main meals, in a little warm water.

Contraindications
In case of known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Overdoses may cause minor gastrointestinal discomfort.

Warnings
Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
