Dietary supplement of 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweetener.
Psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
-promoting regular bowel movements thanks to the formation of soft and easy-to-pass stools;
-promoting the balance of intestinal bacterial flora;
-slowing down nutrient absorption and promoting carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.

Ingredients
99% pure psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forsk., seed coat); acidifier: citric acid; flavorings; bulking agent: isomalt; emulsifier: lecithin; sweetener: steviol glycosides; dehydrated strawberry juice, elderberry extract; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide. Does not contain sources of lactose.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra per day, at any time of day or according to the doctor's/pharmacist's advice. Take with adequate amounts of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a drinking glass (200 ml), fill with still natural water, stir well for a few seconds and drink immediately.

Warnings
Also suitable during pregnancy.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied diet.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication.

Storage
Store in a cool and dry place.
Shelf life of unopened package: 36 months.
