Description
Food supplement based on myo-inositol, D-chiro-inositol, and glucomannan, useful in cases of increased need or reduced intake of these nutrients. Glucomannan helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels and is also indicated as an aid in low-calorie diets for weight reduction.

Ingredients
Glucomannan, myo-inositol, maltodextrins, D-chiro-inositol, flavouring; acidifier: citric acid; thickener: xanthan gum; manganese pidolate, sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Instructions for use
2 sachets per day or as directed by a doctor, for at least 3 months. Divide the daily dose into two administrations, half an hour before main meals. Dissolve each sachet in 1 glass of water. The beneficial effect for cholesterol is obtained with a daily intake of 4 g of glucomannan. The beneficial effect for weight reduction is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan, in the context of an adequate low-calorie diet and a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity**.
