Description
Food supplement based on guar gum, psyllium, fennel, and Lactobiotic-3MIX, a blend of non-viable paraprobiotic ferments (L. casei, L. acidophilus, L. plantarum). Psyllium promotes regular intestinal transit, has emollient and soothing action (digestive system). In addition, it promotes normal stool volume and consistency and has a prebiotic effect. Fennel promotes digestive function, regular gastrointestinal motility, and gas elimination.

Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk., seed husk) powder, guar gum (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (L.) Taub.) powder, corn starch, fennel seeds (Foeniculum vulgare Mill., fruits) powder, Lactobiotic-3MIX blend of non-viable paraprobiotic ferments (Lactobacillus plantarum KCTC SD1567, Lactobacillus acidophilus KCTC SD1569, Lactobacillus casei KCTC SD1584); coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gellan gum; bulking agent: calcium carbonate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 capsules in the evening, with a large glass of water.
