Description
Food supplement based on lactic ferments, non-gelling water-soluble fiber with B vitamins and tryptophan. The right balance of these components helps to normalize the intestinal ecosystem, which can be altered.
Fructo-oligosaccharides/inulin: promote the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora.
B vitamins: contribute to the normal function of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Lactic ferments: (Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis, Bacillus coagulans) promote the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora, which can be altered by various factors, including an unbalanced diet or contamination of food and water, as can also happen during travel.
Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that the human body cannot produce and is physiologically converted into serotonin.
