Manna 10%	600 mg
Fennel fruit	120 mg
Licorice root	120 mg
Mallow flowers	120 mg
Frangula bark dry extract	100 mg
Senna dry extract leaves	80 mg
Other ingredients: sugar; water.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1-2 teaspoons as needed, preferably in the evening before bedtime.
Shake well before use.
