Ingredients
Berberis (Berberis aristata DC) bark dry extract titrated to 97% berberine, red fermented rice (Monascus purpureus) dry extract titrated to 3% monacolin, green tea (Camellia sinensis Kuntze) leaves dry extract titrated to 70% polyphenols, alpha lipoic acid, artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) leaves dry extract titrated to 2.5% caffeoylquinic acids, sugar cane (Saccharum officinarum L.) dry extract titrated to 60% octacosanol, black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) fruits dry extract titrated to 95% piperine, coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone); anti-caking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, Metolose (hypromellose), silicon dioxide, sodium alginate, corn starch, chitosan; coating agents: hydroxypropylcellulose, macrogol, rice starch, sucrose esters of fatty acids, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, iron oxide.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet in the evening.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of EGCG. It should not be consumed if other green tea products are consumed on the same day. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Consult your doctor for advice on the use of the product. Do not use if you are taking hypoglycemic drugs or other products containing fermented red rice. Do not consume a daily dose greater than 3 mg of monacolins. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age, and adults over 70 years of age. Consult a doctor about the consumption of this product if you have health problems. In rare cases, alpha-lipoic acid can cause hypoglycemia.
