Description
Food supplement containing niacin (a B-complex vitamin, also known as vitamin PP or vitamin B3).
Niacin contributes to normal psychological function, normal energy metabolism, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also promotes the normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients
Bulking agent (dibasic calcium phosphate), nicotinic acid (niacin), thickener (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and calcium carbonate), colour (riboflavin), firming agent (glycerol).

Gluten-free. Vegan.

Directions for use
Take half (½) tablet daily with water during a meal.

Warnings
Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding or in case of thyroid disorders. Nicotinic acid may cause transient skin flushing. Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied diet and should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.

Store in a cool, dry place (<25 °C).
