Directions for use
From 1 to 4 softgels per day depending on the goal.
1 softgel per day contains EPA/DHA which contribute to normal heart function.
4 softgels per day contain 2 g of EPA/DHA which contribute to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride concentrations.

Storage
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed a supplementary daily intake of 5 g of combined EPA and DHA.
