Description
Food supplement based on organic magnesium (ATA Mg and taurate), homotaurine, resveratrol from Resveplus, B vitamins and 5-MTHF glucosamine salt folate (Quatrefolic).
Indicated in all cases of insufficient dietary intake or increased need for these nutrients. Contains vitamins B6, B12, thiamine and folic acid which contribute to normal psychological function. In addition, vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal energy metabolism and homocysteine metabolism. Finally, magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

How to use
Chew or dissolve slowly by sucking 1 tablet, 1 or 2 times a day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains polyols, excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

Storage
Store in a cool place (at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C) and dry, avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and keep away from humidity.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package.
