Three beads contain:
• Wheat Germ Oil: 1500 mg (Triticum aestivum L.) titrated:
62% [930 mg*] polyunsaturated fatty acids, of which:
- 40% [372 mg] linoleic acid (omega 6),
- 10% [150 mg] oleic acid (omega 9).

Instructions for use
Take three beads daily with water during meals.
