Description
B-Vital totale 500 is a multivitamin formulation that includes B vitamins in balanced doses and, in particular, contains 400 mcg of folate in its activated form (5-MTHF) and 500 mcg of vitamin B12.
B vitamins support multiple important bodily functions, including normal energy metabolism (vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, pantothenic acid); physiological hematopoiesis (vitamin B9 or folate); regular red blood cell formation (vitamins B6, B12) and their normal maintenance (vitamin B2); physiological homocysteine metabolism (vitamins B6, B9, B12); normal psychological function (vitamins B1, B6, B9, B12); normal nervous system function (vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12); reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vitamins B2, B6, B9, B12, pantothenic acid).

Ingredients
Bulking agents: cellulose, calcium phosphates; inositol, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cellulose, fatty acids, glycerol; colourings: titanium dioxide, copper chlorophyll; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folate (calcium L-5-methylfolate).
