Description
Food supplement with selenium and vitamin D. Selenium contributes to normal thyroid function and to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and the maintenance of normal muscle function. Selenium and vitamin D also contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; food gelatin, L-selenomethionine; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day with a generous sip of water.
