Description
Food supplement based on melatonin which contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed) and to alleviating the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination).
Sugar-free. With sweetener.

Ingredients
Water; emulsifier: polysorbate 80; thickener: glycerol; medium chain triglycerides; antioxidant: L-ascorbyl palmitate; melatonin, flavouring; preservative: potassium sorbate; acidity regulator: citric acid; sweetener: sucralose.

Instructions for use
Direct the dispenser into the mouth, preferably under the tongue. Spray once, equal to 1 mg of melatonin, in the evening shortly before going to bed.
Shake the bottle well before each use.
The spray formulation allows for practical and quick administration.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and direct heat sources.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product in an intact package, correctly stored.
