Food supplement containing jujube, lemon balm, valerian and griffonia, which promote relaxation and mental well-being, and melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba e Miller, seeds) dry extract titrated to 2% jujubosides	30 mg 6 mg
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) dry extract on maltodextrin and silicon dioxide titrated to 4% rosmarinic acid	25 mg   1 mg
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., roots) dry extract on maltodextrin and silicon dioxide titrated to 0.8% valerenic acid	25 mg   0.2 mg
Griffonia (Griffonia Simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seeds) dry extract on maltodextrin titrated to 95% 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP)	5 mg   4.75 mg
Melatonin	1 mg
Other ingredients: water; glycerol; fructose; cherry flavour; emulsifier (polysorbate); preservative (potassium sorbate); acidifier (citric acid).

Directions for use
We recommend taking 15 drops daily before bedtime. Shake before use.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Use is not recommended in cases of known hypersensitivity to one or more of the ingredients listed. Contains sugars. Not recommended for use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, in children under 10 years of age, or in individuals with thyroid conditions. Consult a doctor before taking the product if you suffer from renal and/or hepatic insufficiency, or if you are taking medications such as tricyclic antidepressants, lithium, barbiturates, MAO inhibitors, skeletal muscle relaxants, SSRIs, anti-Parkinsonian drugs, serotonergic drugs, or anxiolytics. Caution is advised when taking the product if you are engaged in activities that require constant and prolonged attention and coordination.

Storage
Store in a dry place (temperature between 4°C and 25°C); avoid exposure to localised heat sources and sunlight. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an unopened package.
