A natural supplement made from Griffonia (titrated in 5-hydroxytryptophan), Hawthorn, California Poppy, Passionflower, Poppy, and Vitamin B6, useful for promoting a physiological relaxing action. Adjuvant in cases of: Hectic life and excessive stress; anxiety, hyperexcitability, nervousness, insomnia. Hyperexcitability, irritability, agitation. Griffonia simplicifolia dry extract (titrated to 93% 5-hydroxytryptophan) 80 mg; Crataegus oxyacantha dry extract 100 mg; Escholtzia californica dry extract 100 mg; Passiflora incarnata dry extract 150 mg; Papaver rhoeas dry extract 50 mg; Vitamin B6 6 mg.

Directions for use
1-3 tablets distributed throughout the day, as needed. If necessary, alternatively, 1-2 tablets can be taken half an hour before bedtime.

Warnings
