Description
Food supplement based on dry extracts of passionflower, valerian, lemon balm, hawthorn, and melatonin.
Passionflower and valerian promote relaxation and sleep. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag. To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, the beneficial effects are obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination.

Ingredients
Coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate (E170), starch sodium octenylsuccinate (E1450), carrageenan (E407), potassium acetate (E261); valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) dry extract (titrated min. 0.42% in valerenic acids), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) dry extract (titrated min. 2% in rosmarinic acid), hawthorn (Crataegus oxycantha Medicus, flowers and leaves) dry extract (titrated min. 1.5% in vitexin-2-rhamnoside), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., herb with flowers) dry extract (titrated min. 4% in total flavonoids expressed as vitexin); bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; flavouring, melatonin.

How to use
1 capsule per day.
