Description
Food supplement based on green tea, dry extracts of jujube and magnolia, melatonin and magnesium.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system, while jujube dry extract promotes relaxation, sleep and mental well-being.

Sweeteners: sorbitol, sucralose; magnesium hydroxide, jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill., semen) dry extract, green tea (Camellia sinensis L. Kuntze, folium) powder titrated at 40% in L-theanine and 10% in EGCG, magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson, cortex) dry extract titrated at 2% honokiol, flavourings, maltodextrin; acidifier: citric acid; melatonin.

Gluten and lactose free.

Directions for use
1 stick pack represents the maximum daily intake.
Pour the content directly into your mouth or dissolve it in water or another non-hot and non-carbonated drink.

Warnings
Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). It should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

Storage
Store in a cool and dry place away from light and/or heat sources; avoid contact with water.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
