Ingredients
Vegetable glycerol, L-theanine; valerian (Valeriana officinalis root) dry extract titrated to 0.8% in valerenic acids; lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) dry extract titrated to 4% in rosmarinic acid; griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia dried seeds) dry extract titrated to 95% in 5-hydroxytryptophan; mandarin essential oil.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 10 drops as needed, even several times a day, or as directed by your doctor, either as is or diluted in a little water. The product can also be used for long periods.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.

Store in a cool, dry place.
