Taken during the day, VitaCalm Buonrelax helps relieve daily tensions and promotes relaxation in adults, seniors, and children aged 3 and above. In the evening, before bed, VitaCalm Buonrelax can be added to water or other liquids and used to promote peaceful sleep.

Directions for use
Children from 3 years: 20 drops.
