Description
Food supplement based on plant extracts from traditional herbal medicine, useful for promoting relaxation and peaceful sleep. "Tutta Notte" (All Night Long) comes in fast/retard double-release tablets to induce sleep and maintain it throughout the night, reducing nighttime awakenings. The innovative two-layer fast/retard technology allows for gradual absorption of the plant extracts and better utilization by the body. Lavender, valerian, and California poppy, contained in the fast-release first layer, promote falling asleep. Passionflower, contained in the second layer for release within 4 hours, promotes relaxation and continuous, restful sleep.
Indicated to promote nocturnal rest, in cases of light or intermittent sleep, nighttime awakenings, and early morning awakenings.

Bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) rhizome and roots dry extract titrated to 0.8% in valerenic acids, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) herb with flowers dry extract titrated to 4% in vitexin, California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) herb with flowers dry extract titrated to 0.35% in protopine, lavender (Lavandula officinalis Chaix) essential oil; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol; flavouring.

How to use
Take 1-2 tablets in the evening, with a little water before going to bed.
