Branched-chain amino acids are indicated for supplementing the diet of athletes.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
It stimulates protein synthesis and provides energy, especially in endurance sports.
It limits muscle damage during athletic performance and helps reduce recovery times.
It counteracts post-workout catabolism.

Instructions for use
5 tablets per day, before or after physical activity.

Ingredients
L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, bulking agent: cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Gluten-free and lactose-free.
