Aliamare

Isotonic spray solution of seawater and sodium hyaluronate for daily nasal and ear hygiene in children and adults.
Aliamare combines the beneficial and thinning action of seawater from the Bréhat Archipelago, a Natura 2000 classified natural site in Brittany, with the action of hyaluronic acid, which, thanks to its ability to bind and retain water, can moisturize the mucous membrane and promote the healing of any micro-lesions. The dilution of seawater to an isotonic concentration also makes Aliamare non-irritating.
Nose: promotes the elimination of excess secretions, provides prompt relief from dryness of the mucous membranes, useful after nasal cavity surgery.
Ear: prevents the formation of earwax plugs, helps keep the auditory canal clean in hearing aid users.

Instructions for use
Use several times a day, as needed.
Remove the cap from the bottle and insert the appropriate dispenser button onto the valve. Press the dispenser button to nebulize the product. After use, clean and dry the dispenser button.
Nose: the product can be used in any position. However, it is recommended to tilt the head to one side and spray the product for 2 seconds into the nostril on the opposite side (e.g., head tilted to the right and product sprayed into the left nostril). Repeat the operation in each nostril.
Ear: the product can be used in any position. However, it is recommended to tilt the head to one side, leaning over the sink, and spray once or twice into the opposite ear from below. Wait a few seconds and gently dry.

Warnings
Do not use in infants unless otherwise advised by a pediatrician. The container is pressurized: protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 30°C. Do not use Aliamare if the canister is damaged. Once the product is used up, do not puncture or burn the canister. Once used, dispose of the canister according to normal municipal waste sorting rules.
Keep out of reach of children.

Contraindications
Aliamare is contraindicated in subjects with a history of otorrhea (inflammation of the ear canal), tympanic membrane perforation, chronic otitis media. No undesirable effects are known to result from the use of Aliamare.

Components
Each 100 ml canister contains: seawater, sodium hyaluronate.

Format
A pressurized canister containing 100 ml of solution + 1 dispenser button for nasal use and 1 dispenser button for auricular use, sterilized and sealed in bags. In this type of packaging, the solution remains isolated from the propellant because it is contained in a non-toxic bag placed inside the metal bottle. The propellant is air, which is introduced under pressure into all the space surrounding the bag inside the metal bottle. The product is dispensed via a valve located on top of the bag.
Thanks to this system, air is used as a propellant: the product does not damage the ozone layer; there is no need to use preservatives: the possibility of allergic reactions is reduced; the bottle can be used in any orientation.
