Aluneb hyper
Aluneb hyper is a 3% hypertonic saline solution for nebulization using aerosol and nasal douche, based on high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and xylitol with decongestant and fluidifying action on the nasal mucosa.

Wash hands before and after using the medical device.
Bend the single-dose vial in both directions and detach it from the strip to which it is sealed.

Children from 1 year old and adults: nebulize 1-2 vials 2-3 times a day with a pneumatic nebulizer and traditional ampoule.
For nasal douche:
Children from 1 year of age: 1-2 washes per nostril, 1-2 times a day.
Adults: 2-4 washes per nostril, 2-3 times a day.
Infants under 1 year of age: instill a few drops into the nostrils before feeding or before sleeping. The duration of use depends on the evolution of symptoms. If necessary, it can be administered through the nasal douche for a prolonged period.
