CLEAR NOSE

Description
Medical device for topical nasal use based on hyaluronic acid and extracts of perilla, echinacea, and Polygonum cuspidatum in a buffered hypertonic solution, without preservatives. Rinopur Clear Nose is indicated for allergic rhinitis and cold syndromes for cleaning the nasal cavities, which, thanks to the hypertonicity of the solution and the presence of hyaluronic acid, dilutes and removes mucus residues, restoring mucociliary clearance. Furthermore, the combination of hyaluronic acid with plant extracts allows for an emollient and antioxidant action, protecting the mucosa from external agents such as smoke, smog, dust, pollen, which can cause irritation and allergic phenomena.

Instructions for use
1. Gently shake the spray bottle before use.
2. Remove the protective cap.
3. Hold the spray bottle with your thumb under the base and the dispenser between two fingers.
4. For the first use, press the pump a few times until a uniform spray is emitted.
5. Blow your nose before use.
6. Tilt your head slightly backward and insert the nozzle into one nostril.
7. Spray and gently breathe through your nose simultaneously.
8. After use, clean and close the nozzle with its protective cap.
9. The product is for single-patient use.
1-2 sprays per nostril 2/3 times a day, or as advised by your doctor.

Ingredients
Sodium hyaluronate, sodium chloride (2%), dry extract of Perilla frutescens (titrated in polyphenols =2.5%), dry extract of Echinacea angustifolia (titrated to 0.6% in echinacoside), dry extract of Polygonum cuspidatum (titrated to 20% in resveratrol), disodium phosphate dihydrate, monosodium phosphate monohydrate, purified water q.s. to 100 ml.

Warnings
- Consult your doctor for use in children and for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- The product is for inhalation use only; do not ingest or use other than as indicated.
- Once opened and used, the nozzle must be cleaned and re-capped with the appropriate protective cap, and the contained solution must be used within 3 months of opening the bottle.
- To prevent the possible spread of infections, the spray is for single-patient use.
- Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged or if the bottle is not perfectly intact.
- Before using the device, it is advisable to thoroughly wash your hands.
- Do not touch other surfaces, besides the nasal mucosa, with the dispensing end of the bottle.
- Do not use the product in case of known incompatibility to even a single component of the formulation.
- In case of discomfort such as sensitization or irritating phenomena during use, immediately suspend treatment and consult a doctor.
- The administration of nasal medications simultaneously with the nasal spray should be carried out under the supervision of a doctor who can evaluate possible interactions.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package.
- Do not dispose of the container in the environment after use.
- In case of any complaint or serious incident related to the device, the incident must be reported to the manufacturer.

Storage
Store at temperatures not exceeding 25°C.
Shelf life unopened: 36 months.
