Description
Benefibra powder is a food supplement based on soluble fiber derived from wheat, with a high fiber content. Benefibra promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora. Flavorless, completely soluble, 100% vegetable. Contains negligible amounts of protein.

Directions for use
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 to 3 sachets per day, as needed;
Children between 7 and 11 years: 1 sachet per day.
Pour the contents of one Benefibra sachet into a glass or small bottle of water, fruit juice or other beverages, or into semi-liquid foods, both hot and cold. Stir until the powder has completely dissolved.

Warnings
Do not administer the product to children under 7 years without medical advice. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, and in cases of gastrointestinal disorders, consult a doctor before use. Do not use in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to the ingredient. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store at a temperature below 30 °C. Do not use if the sachet is damaged.
