Lactobacillus LA 14 15 billion; Bifidobacterium lactis 11 billion; microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium stearate.

Directions for use
Take one capsule daily with a sip of water. The product can also be taken by opening the capsule and dissolving the powder in non-boiling liquids.
