Description
Muco-adhesive gel for anal, perianal, and endorectal use, based on hyaluronic acid enriched with plant components with protective, emollient, and soothing action. It protects compromised anal and perianal surfaces, limiting their interaction with external factors, in order to counteract symptoms related to lesions and fissures, discourage the onset of infections, and prevent wound recurrence. It provides relief from pain, burning, and itching and helps to counteract the onset of irritation and chafing in the perianal area. Non-greasy. The endorectal cannula is a class I medical device ref. CO7010 manufactured by Inge Spa. Paraben-free, contains no perfume.

Components
Water, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-8, hydroxyethylcellulose, sodium hyaluronate, VP/VA copolymer, sodium acetate, chlorhexidine digluconate, Sophora japonica L. extract tit. 93% in dihydroquercetin, Mentha piperita oil, menthol.

Directions for use
Product suitable for anal, perianal and endorectal use.
-Anal and perianal use: place the product on clean fingers and apply with a light massage to the affected area (perianal and/or anal). After application, wash hands thoroughly. Close after use. Apply 2-3 times a day and, when possible, after each bowel movement. Use for no more than 3 weeks or until symptoms disappear; consult a doctor if no improvement in the clinical condition is noted.
-Endorectal use: unscrew the cap, break the safety seal with the back of the cap, and screw the endorectal cannula with a protective cap onto the neck of the tube. Remove the cap and squeeze until the cannula is filled, allowing a small amount of product to come out to lubricate the cannula. Gently insert the cannula into the rectum. Squeeze the tube again until a sufficient amount of product is introduced. Also apply to the external area. After use, thoroughly clean the cannula with running water until all product residues are removed and cover it with the cap before storing it in the package. Apply 1-2 times a day as needed, when possible after bowel movement. Use for no more than 3 weeks or until symptoms disappear; consult a doctor if no improvement in the clinical condition is noted.

Warnings
Contraindicated in cases of known hypersensitivity to any of the components. As complete data are not available, use during pregnancy is not recommended. Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to any of the components. In case of rectal bleeding, consult a doctor before using any treatment. Consult a doctor if irritation, pain, or discomfort occurs after application. Consult a doctor if no improvement in the clinical condition is noted after treatment. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. The product is not intended for pediatric use. Do not use if the primary packaging is not intact. Perform application under hygienic conditions. After use, wash hands before closing the product. Interaction with other drugs or medical devices has not been evaluated; seek medical advice before concomitant use with other products.

Storage
Store at room temperature away from direct light and heat sources. Use within six months of first opening.
Shelf life with intact packaging: 36 months.
Shelf life after opening: 6 months.
