Description
Astenix is a dietary supplement with pro-energetic activity composed of creatine, carnitine, arginine, taurine, B vitamins, potassium, magnesium, vitamins C and E, coenzyme Q10.
Magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function; pantothenic acid, folate, magnesium, vitamins PP, B2, B1, B6, B12 and C contribute to normal energy metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the protection of cells from oxidative stress and the maintenance of normal immune system function.

Directions for use
Take 1 sachet, once or twice a day. Dissolve the product in a little water or in juices, smoothies, fruit juices, etc. Stir and consume after preparation.
