Description
Food supplement useful in all cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for propionyl-L-carnitine, mineral salts including magnesium and potassium, B vitamins, creatine, and coenzyme Q10.
CARNIDYN FAST Heat and Fatigue contains:
- magnesium helps reduce physical tiredness and fatigue, supporting normal muscle function; it also promotes the maintenance of electrolyte/hydro-saline balance;
- potassium supports normal muscle function and helps maintain normal blood pressure;
- zinc and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress;
- vitamin B5, vitamin B3, and vitamin B2 help reduce physical tiredness and fatigue and contribute to normal energy metabolism;
- creatine: an amino acid derivative, naturally produced by the body and found in various foods. At a dosage of 3 g/day, it increases physical performance in cases of repetitive, high-intensity, short-duration activities.

Anhydrous creatine, anhydrous monobasic sodium phosphate, monobasic potassium phosphate; acidifier: anhydrous citric acid; propionyl L-carnitine hydrochloride, 90% magnesium hydroxide (magnesium hydroxide, corn starch); colouring: beetroot red; flavouring: orange flavouring; sweetener: aspartame; trihydrated zinc lactate, coenzyme Q10; sweetener: acesulfame K; nicotinamide (vitamin B3), yeast enriched with 0.2% selenium, Calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium salt (vitamin B2).

Directions for use
The recommended dose is 1-2 sachets per day, dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).
