Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, L-arginine; acidity regulator: citric acid; beta-alanine, potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium citrate, flavor, microencapsulated iron (ferric pyrophosphate, corn starch; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); coloring: beetroot red; betaine; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; maltodextrin, nucleotides, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), zinc citrate, niacin (nicotinamide); sweetener: sucralose; vitamin A (retinyl acetate), pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin K (phylloquinone), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

Directions for use
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (200 ml), mix well and take the resulting solution preferably in the morning. It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored, in an unopened package.
