Description
Sterile hypertonic saline solution for nebulization, based on N-acetylcysteine.
N-acetylcysteine in hypertonic solution promotes decongestion of the airways, helping to thin mucus and facilitate its expectoration.
When nebulized into the respiratory tract, it acts locally.

Instructions for use
Children aged 2 years and adults: 1 single-dose vial per nebulization session, 1-2 times a day for 5-10 days.
The solution can be nebulized with both piston (preferably) and ultrasonic aerosol therapy devices.
Variations in daily dose and treatment duration from those indicated above must be determined only by the doctor based on the clinical picture and the patient's age (children aged 2 years and adults).
Wash hands before and after use. Bend the single-dose vial in both directions and detach it from the strip to which it is sealed. Lightly shake the single-dose vial before use.
Open the single-dose vial by twisting the tab.
Apply moderate pressure to the walls of the single-dose vial to release the solution and pour it into the nebulizer cup of the aerosol therapy device.
Nebulize the solution using the aerosol therapy device, using a mask, nasal fork, or mouthpiece as directed by the doctor.

Components
N-acetylcysteine (6%), hyaluronic acid sodium salt, disodium EDTA, monobasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, dibasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, sodium hydroxide, water.

Warnings
Contraindicated in children under 2 years of age.
Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to one or more components of the product.
Do not use if antitussive medications are being taken, as the use of the product in case of simultaneous reduction of the cough reflex may lead to an accumulation of mucus in the bronchi.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and at temperatures below 25°C.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
