Description
Sterile, isotonic hydrogel, consisting of a 1.2% association of high molecular weight long-chain hyaluronic acid and cross-linked hyaluronic acid. It contains cyclodextrin and povidone iodine (PVP-I).
Thanks to the high concentration of hyaluronic acid in general and the presence of cross-linked hyaluronic acid, it is able to increase the adhesion time to the cornea, thus promoting and accelerating the natural healing process.
It modulates the repair process and at the same time keeps the ocular surface sanitized due to the presence of a low but effective concentration of PVP-I in the formulation.
Indicated for the repair of the ocular surface and re-epithelialization of corneal lesions caused by trauma, foreign bodies, rubbing, inflammation, infections and also more generally in alterations of the tear film.
It can be used in all cases of very deep ulcers and also in chronic idiopathic superficial ones.

Instructions for use
Wash hands thoroughly.
Remove the bottle from the cardboard box and remove the plastic safety seal on the neck of the bottle.
Unscrew the cap.
With your non-dominant hand, hold and support the animal's head, tilting it slightly back. With the other hand, hold the bottle vertically above the eye with the tip pointing downwards.
Instill 1 or 2 drops of hydrogel into the eye to be treated, gently squeezing the plastic bottle and taking care not to touch the eye with the tip of the bottle.
The suggested dosage is 1 or 2 drops in the eye to be treated, 3 times a day or according to the veterinary surgeon's opinion in relation to the severity of the corneal trauma.

Warnings
Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged or not perfectly sealed upon first opening.
Do not use the product in case of specific hypersensitivity to any of the components.
Do not ingest the product.
Keep out of reach of children.

Storage
Keep the product away from light and heat sources at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the box.
Shelf life unopened: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening: 28 days.
