Description
Dietary food for special medical purposes, for the dietary treatment of phenylketonuria in children from 6 months of age onwards, in adults with confirmed phenylketonuria and/or hyperphenylalaninemia, and in maternal phenylketonuria.
A phenylalanine-free amino acid mixture supplemented with vitamins, minerals, selenium, taurine, and carnitine.

Directions for use
Dosage: According to medical prescription, taking into account the patient's age, body weight, degree of hyperphenylalaninemia, and clinical condition.
To obtain a gel
1) Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass. If desired, flavor to taste.
2) Add about 30 ml of cold water. Mix well for about 10 seconds.
3) To obtain a creamy gel, let it rest for about 2 minutes. The reconstituted gel can be taken as is with a spoon or mixed with other permitted foods. For best results, when possible, it should be prepared and consumed immediately. If necessary, the reconstituted product can be stored for 24 hours in the refrigerator and stirred well before use.
To obtain a drink.
1) Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass. If desired, flavor to taste.
2) Add about 80 ml of cold water. Mix well for about 10 seconds.
3) Drink immediately.
The powder contained in an open sachet should be consumed entirely. Any excess should be stored in the refrigerator and used within 24 hours.

Warnings
It must be used under strict medical supervision by individuals with confirmed phenylketonuria.
The product cannot be the sole source of nutrition. The diet must be supplemented with natural proteins, water, and other nutrients in the prescribed amounts, to provide phenylalanine, fluids, and other necessary nutrients.
Not for intravenous use.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and direct heat sources.
Shelf life unopened: 24 months.
