Directions for use
Spray: 8 puffs daily. It is advisable to shake the bottle before use to restore product homogeneity. Any sediment is due to the naturalness of the product and does not affect its quality.
Stick: 1 stick daily, preferably in the evening, away from meals. Dissolve the contents of the stick directly in the mouth.
